Return Policy

Replacements:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. While our quality checks are rigorous, we acknowledge that errors, although rare, can still occur.
You have 48 hours from the time of delivery to request an exchange. After this period, we cannot offer a replacement.
To qualify for a replacement, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it and in the original packaging.
Once the supplier receives and inspects your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement to you with free shipping.
Shipping Costs:
Due to the rise in fraudulent situations, we cannot cover the shipping cost of your replacement. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
