1. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the carrier’s website.
You can also track your order in the chat on the website.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) through PayPal. Your transaction is secured by PayPal. Urban Bazaar cannot see any sensitive details about your transaction.
3. Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or canceled before they are shipped. Please contact our customer service team in the chat as soon as possible.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we ship only to the United States.
5. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately in the chat with your order number and a photo of the item. We will try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
6. How do I contact customer service?
You can reach our customer service team through the chat on the website. We aim to respond as soon as possible, within 24 hours.
7. What if my package is lost?
If your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier immediately. If you need any additional information, don't hesistate to contact us, as well.

9. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you realize you’ve entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately through our chat. If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can update the address for you.
